This policy explains what NonoKoko collects when you use the NonoKoko app or this website, and how that information is used. If you have a question, email support@nonokoko.com.

What we collect

You can browse shops without an account. To place an order, you create an account or sign in. We collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and password.
• The address or map location you choose, including your device location if you ask the app to use it.
• Order details: the shop, products, quantities, delivery or collection, delivery address, optional postal code, optional notes, and that the order is paid in cash.
• For a shop account: the business ID, shop name, contact number, address, opening hours, catalog, and incoming orders.

NonoKoko does not collect or store card numbers. This website does not ask you to create an account, and it does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

• To create your account and let you sign in.
• To show nearby shops and complete delivery or collection.
• To send the order to the shop and keep an order history.
• To let a shop manage its catalog, hours, and orders.
• To answer support requests and keep the service working.

Who can see it

The shop you order from receives the details it needs to prepare and hand over the order, including your name, phone number, email, items, and delivery address when you choose delivery. We use Google Firebase to host accounts and app data. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep account and order information while your account is active, and for as long as we need it to complete orders and handle support.

Account deletion

To permanently delete your account, contact us at support@nonokoko.com. Send the request from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. The same option is in the app under Profile, where Delete account asks you to email support@nonokoko.com.

Children

NonoKoko is for people placing their own orders. It is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
